New Zealand Thyme Honey has an aromatic, intense flavour which is distinctively herbal.

Creamy Thyme Honey comes from a single species of thyme located mainly in the South Island of New Zealand. Our Creamed Thyme Honey works well with yogurts, cereals and other uses such as marinades, and salad dressings.

New Zealand Wild Clover Honey is a wonderfuly mild creamy honey with undertones of vanilla combined with a gentle floral aroma.

Our Clover Honey is harvested mainly from pristine wild pastures in the South Island in New Zealand.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Our honey is a natural product and may crystallize so if honey consistency is hard, warm to soften.
