Directions & Warnings

DIRECTIONS: Adults: Mix 7g (1 level scoop) of powder into a glass of water and consume immediately, once daily. Do not exceed this recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Please keep out of reach from children.
